The views, the space

The pillows abit too soft, the window was hard to close. The pool was abit cold in the morning

The water never got hot enough for our showers; needed some repairs/updates/fresh paint here and there

Lovely and clean , central and staff were very friendly . It was my granddaughters birthday and they did her proud . Breakfast was lovely

We used room service and had to pay the £5 tray charge twice . Once for main and then for dessert
